Our skilled and experienced project management office (PMO) de-risks client IT projects, and ensures they are delivered on-time, within budget, and with the highest quality. Our PMO can also assist you with long-term project planning, helping you prioritize and scope future endeavours to get you to market faster. Our PMO acts as the single point of contact for all customer escalations, changes, and feedback, ensuring your project continues at pace. We can provide you with any workflows, templates, and checklists you require to help you to institute more effective processes and stay nimble even as project demands change.

Secur’s Project Management Office uses a project process developed from the PMI best practices.


Once a customer has signed off on a Statement of Work, a Project Manager and core team are assigned to review the scope and understand what needs to be done.


The Project Manager will lead both Secur and customer resources in developing the integrated project plan including determining the scope, determining the risk and project control plans, and developing the schedule.


Following a project kickoff meeting, the project team executes project activities. The Project Manager will monitor and control the project and communicate progress, ensuring deliverables are accepted by the customer.


The Project Manager will document project results, and formalize acceptance of project outcomes. After transitioning the implementation to operations, the Project Manager will complete all project close-out processes.

Secur will assign a resource Project Manager, based on the size and scope of the engagement. Complex engagements with multiple, large projects will also be assigned a Program Manager in order to oversee the various projects and ensure they align with the customer’s overall vision.
