One of our Security Managers will visit a potential client’s premises and make comprehensive notes about the requirements of the house sitting during their absence due to things like holidays and business trips.
A fully vetted security officer will be hand-picked for the project and will then be briefed and shown around the site before the posting begins. A full job description/specification will be explained and a list of all necessary house sitting tasks (such as plant watering, animal feeding, collection of post, putting out the rubbish bins etc) will be detailed in a log book.
The deployed security officer will also be provided with clear instructions of what to do and who to contact in the event of an attempted burglary, fire, leakage of gas or water or a problem with the electricity.
The security officer will be in constant touch with our control room and in the event of an emergency, our mobile patrol inspectors will be on hand to sort out the problem. These mobile inspectors have been trained to deal with all types of emergencies and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
